Authorizations

In 2003, the Decree-Law no. 259 “Electronic Communications Code” (ECC) established the main regulations for the implementation and supply of networks and services in the field of telecommunications in Italy. The telecommunications market in Italy is controlled by two entities: the Ministry of Economic Development – Communication Department and AGCOM (Authority for Guarantees in Communications) which verifies the correct application of the rules on the market.

Below is the list of authorizations obtained:

• National Individual Voice Telephony Authorization
  Individual authorization throughout the national territory for the provision of voice services, issued by the Ministry of Communications on 24/09/20.
  Registered in the Register of Communication Operators (ROC n. 35349) at the Authority for Communications Guarantees with provision dated 27/10/20. The services are offered both to the public and to national and international carriers.
• Authorization for the installation of a national network
  Individual authorization throughout the national territory for the installation of a network, issued by the Ministry of Communications on 24/09/20.
  Registered in the Register of Communication Operators (ROC n. 35349) at the Authority for Communications Guarantees with provision dated 27/10/20. The services are offered both to the public and to national and international carriers.
• General Authorization for Nomadic Voice VOIP Services (deadline 5 of resolution 11/06 / CIR)
  General Authorization for nomadic voice VOIP communication services, issued by the Ministry of Communications on 10/11/20.
• General Authorization for ISP Services
  General Authorization for Internet Service Provider services, issued by the Ministry of Economic Development on 22/05/19.
• Right to use ISPC and NSPC numbers
  Right to use the International Switching Point Code (ISPC) and National Switching Point Code (SPC) numbers; issued issued by the Ministry of Economic Development on 14/10/20.
• Right to use the OP_ID code
  Right to use the operator identification code OP_ID 320; issued issued by the Ministry of Economic Development on 14/10/20.
• Various Assignments
  Right to use the numbers for the Premium Services, charge to the caller and for the Geographic numbers.
